Apparently, this week completely got away from me and I have not followed through on my earlier promise to post my most recent completed knitting project! On Monday, I finished this ear warmer pattern (link is on ravelry.com). It includes purling and knitting in the round, two skills I acquired just two weeks ago during a private lesson at my local yarn shop. As you will see in the photos, my ear warmer did not turn out exactly like the pattern, but hey, for my first purling AND knitting in the round attempt, I’ll take it! For this project, I used Blue Sky Alpacas Multi Cotton in Icing. I loooved working with this yarn, and the hand-dyed color scheme is just beautiful. I have been wearing this ear warmer literally every day since completing it. Enjoy!
